📣 MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA + MORTGAGE & PROTECTION PROFESSIONALS — WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU!

You know your profession inside out. But how many people outside your immediate circle really understand who you help, what you do and when to recommend you? 💗

That’s where networking can make such a difference.

Our WIBN National Online Groups connect women in business from across the UK, and right now we’d particularly love to welcome more women working in:

📱 Marketing & Social Media
🏡 Mortgage & Protection

Whether you’re helping businesses get seen by the right people or helping clients make some of their biggest financial decisions, both professions rely heavily on trust, relationships and recommendations.

Being part of a regular networking group gives people the chance to get to know YOU as well as your business.

Over time, they learn what makes a great referral for you, who you’d love an introduction to and how they can support your business.

✨ Build genuine relationships
✨ Increase your visibility
✨ Develop trusted referral connections
✨ Share your knowledge and expertise
✨ Connect with women in business from across the UK

And with professional exclusivity within each group, you have the opportunity to become the person your fellow members think of when someone says, “Do you know someone who can help me with…?”

All from your desk! ☕💻

Marketing & Social Media professionals and Mortgage & Protection specialists — we’d love to meet you.

Today I’m speaking at WIBN about something I think many women quietly put up with for years…

Their workspace.

Not everyone has the luxury of a dedicated home office. Many of us are running a business from a dining table, a spare bedroom that’s become a dumping ground, or a corner of the house that’s expected to do ten different jobs at once.

The interesting thing is that we adapt remarkably quickly.

So quickly, in fact, that we stop noticing the uncomfortable chair, the poor lighting, the pile of paperwork, the boxes waiting for the loft, or the fact that the room no longer supports the way we actually work.

A few small changes can make a surprisingly big difference to focus, creativity, energy and productivity.

So I’m curious…

How would you describe your workspace right now?

A. Inspiring

B. Functional

C. Chaotic

D. Temporary

Pop your answer in the comments 👇

Thank you to @ruth_rood and WIBN as well as the lovely Ellen from Purple Tree Solutions for the invitation.

One of the most frustrating places to be in business?
People are watching and they’re engaging.
They’re even telling you how much they love your content.
But they’re still not buying.
Or they wait until the very last minute.
Or they say, “I’ve been thinking about this for months…”
…and then vanish.
Meanwhile, you’re left questioning everything.
Is it my offer?
Is it my pricing?
Am I attracting the wrong people?
Am I explaining it badly?
Am I actually undercharging and so don’t appear to be credible?
Or worse… am I invisible in all the places that matter most?
The hardest part isn’t the “no.”
It’s the not knowing why.
Because pricing is never just about money.
It’s psychology.
It’s emotion.
It’s identity.
It’s trust.
It’s perceived value.
One person will spend £1,000 on a handbag without blinking…
…but hesitate over a business investment that could make them money for years.
Someone else would think the complete opposite.
So what’s really happening when people see your prices?
What hidden messages is your pricing sending?
What assumptions are your audience making before they even ask a question?
Why do some offers feel irresistible… while others get endlessly delayed?
In this £27 masterclass, we’re diving into the emotional side of pricing, buyer behaviour, perceived value, and the subtle shifts that can completely change how people respond to your offers.
You’ll walk away understanding:
• Why people hesitate even when they want what you sell
• The emotional triggers behind buying decisions
• What your pricing may unintentionally be communicating
• How to position your offers so they feel like a “yes”
• Why some audiences buy quickly — and others stay stuck in “thinking about it”
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering:
“Why are people interested… but not converting?”
This masterclass is for you.

Most coaches assume they plateau because they're not visible enough. Not confident enough. Not consistent enough with content. But I've worked with enough high-earning coaches to know — that's almost never the reason.
The real reason is usually this: your business model was built for where you started, not where you are now. And what got you to six figures will keep you there.
The plateau isn't permanent. It's structural. Here's how to break through it 🔗 bio #coachingbusiness #businesstips #premiumcoach #scaleyourbusiness

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.
It gets lonelier.
At the start, everyone is cheering you on.
But when you are trying to go from six to multi-six figures, most people around you cannot relate to that problem.

- Your friends think you are already successful.
- Your peers are dealing with their own plateaus.
- Your family does not quite understand what you do.

And so you keep the struggle to yourself.
You keep showing up. Keep posting. Keep pushing.
Quietly wondering if you are the only one who feels stuck at this level.
You are not.

And the problem is not that you are not good enough.
The problem is you are trying to solve a very specific problem without the right room to solve it in.

That is exactly what Boutique Business Boardroom Mastery is.
A room where you do not have to pretend everything is fine. Where saying I am stuck is the starting point, not something to be ashamed of.
And then we actually do something about it.

- Your audience.
- Your offers. Your messaging.
- Your money blocks.

Four hours of real work with people who are exactly where you are and ready to move.

Because you did not build this business to stay stuck at the same number.
You built it for freedom. The income that does not keep you up at night. The clients who light you up. The revenue that grows without you burning out.
That is what is on the other side of this work.

And it starts on April 23rd.
Join us inside Boutique Business Mastery. Comment "MASTERY" below, and I will send you the details. #masterclass #selfdevelopment #niche #leads #womeninbusiness #highticket #premiumpricing #coaches #consultants

🧠 Unmasking the Truth About Autism
🎥 Cheryl from @sycamoretrustuk did a wonderful presentation at @ruth_rood’s WIBN Gidea Park networking group gently breaking down the misconceptions too many people still believe.

Autism isn’t always what it looks like — especially in women and adults who’ve spent years masking.

Here are 3 common myths Cheryl is helping debunk:

❌ Myth 1: “All autistic people are nonverbal or visibly ‘different.’”
✅ Truth: Autism exists on a wide spectrum. Many autistic people speak, work, and socialise — sometimes at a cost to their mental energy.

❌ Myth 2: “You can always tell when someone’s autistic.”
✅ Truth: Many autistic individuals — especially women — mask their traits to blend in, making it harder to recognise.

❌ Myth 3: “Autism is a childhood disorder.”
✅ Truth: Autism is lifelong. Many don’t get diagnosed until adulthood.

💬 Let’s start listening, learning, and really seeing each other.

🔁 Share this reel to help unmask the truth.
