I needed a minute to decompress after @bodybyciararetreats 2026 because it was so much hard work! So I’m late, but wow, what a top tier group of women 🥹

This year felt so different and special, our girls were so easygoing so inclusive and so welcoming to each other, by day two it really felt like one big family holiday 🩷

Thank you for trusting us with your time, your money and your holiday and thank you to the whole team @hotelriomaribz and @oliviaeleni @sineadtrains @pattylafleur_ @laurenmads @therealgymguy @s.london because……. WE DID IT! 2026 complete, phew 😮‍💨❤️

The Birthday weekend of dreams, where I was reminded of just how lucky I am.

This year has been tough for me, I’ve struggled, I’ve grieved and I’ve lost myself a little bit (I’d even say a lot 😅), along the way. I recently learnt of a word in Italian - “ritrovarsi” - which can mean “to find oneself again.” And I think that’s where I am now — slowly, quietly, finding my way back to myself.

To the friends who have shown up for me, lifted me up, and supported me in ways they probably never even realised I needed — I love you more than you know. 🤍

My magic is returning. ✨

No matter how many billionaires dock their yachts here, or how packed the clubs get, or what price vip tables go to….. the island will always rise above that noise, because the island itself is magic ✨

Final trip here before @bodybyciararetreats in 3 weeks 🏋️‍♀️🎉

I don’t want abs. Everyone who has them must be miserable.
