A lovely catch‑up yesterday with my dear friend and fellow therapist, Ruth Erbertz.

We first met decades ago at a clinic, and even though we’ve both been in London all this time, life has a way of stretching out the gaps between meet‑ups.

It felt so good to sit together, share stories, and think back to when Mary Lambert was part of our little trio before she moved to the coast.

Some friendships just settle back in as if no time has passed. ❤️ #friendshipmagic #happyday

“Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for Reiki & Sound ✨
A truly special collaboration with Ruth Erbertz. Leo and I are so grateful to have shared this space with her.

Ruth brings such an incredible energy, filled with so much love, presence, and passion for her work. It was a true gift to experience her offering and to hold this space together.

It was a deeply meaningful evening, and we’re excited to continue creating more events like this in the future.

More to come soon 🤍
