Nothing I love more than a mother-daughter duo getting after it together!

Strength training isn’t just about how you look. It’s about building strong bones, maintaining muscle, and staying independent and capable as you get older. The goal is to keep doing the things you love for as long as possible!

It’s never too early or too late to start investing in your future self. And having someone to do it with makes it even better! 🫶🏼

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!! I want to start off by saying this is my first client Spotlight post and I did not one time ask ChatGPT to write this caption for me. This is all from the heart baby!!! meet Ruth, Ruth is a client of mine and she is a blonde, beautiful, long-haired lady. She’s got that good blonde that always does exactly what I want it to do!! but that’s not all she is. Ruth is the best kind of human. She is genuine to the core and one of the kindest people that you will meet! She asks you genuine questions about your life and everything that you care about because she truly cares not just because she’s asking to be polite. She is so intentional with her relationships. She also is a boss babe. I am so proud of her she is a new owner of an insurance business The McKee Sturdivant Agency- Alfa Insurance and she’s the best at her job always at the ready to help! she saw me last week and I asked her if she was nervous for the approaching hurricane because I knew she would be working hard and she told me “no because this is the time where I can give back, and show up for the people that I work with” as a client of hers myself that made me feel so good and I think on a deeper level, she knows how to show up for the people in her life like her friends and family as well!! Ruth is a true gem 💎

One of the highlights of my month is the Flourish Focus Workshop I host monthly at @cloudmountaincoffee — women small business owners & leaders come from all around Mobile & Baldwin county to learn, plan & connect ❤️ Running your own business can be isolating, exhausting & overwhelming at times. These workshops help women reflect over the previous month of their business, set goals for the next month & focus on a development topic like creating CEO planning time, marketing your business and how to create balance and prevent burnout ❤️ Join us for the next one on Monday, October 26th at 9am at @cloudmountaincoffee ☕️ Link in bio to save your spot!

Find the friend who reminds you why you started.

The one who says:
💪🏽 “Come to class with me.”
🏋️‍♀️ “Grab the heavier dumbbell—you’ve got this.”
🔥 “If you’re doing it, I’m doing it too.”
👏🏽 “Don’t quit. One more rep.”

The right people don’t make your goals harder—they help make them possible.

If you’ve got a workout friend like that, tag them below and let them know you appreciate them. And if you’re looking for that kind of community, we’ve got a spot waiting for you!
