🧡 WHAT A DAY AT THE YORKSHIRE FLEA! 🧡

A massive thank you to everyone who came to see us yesterday at the Yorkshire Flea in Skipton! 🍂

What an absolutely amazing day! It was fantastic catching up with fellow traders, seeing familiar faces, and meeting so many lovely new people. Days like these remind us why we love doing what we do and sharing our passion for all things vintage. 🧡🤎

A huge thank you to Ben and Helen at @TheYorkshireFlea for putting on another brilliant event. Although it was absolutely freezing first thing in the morning 🥶, the warmth from everyone made it a day to remember!

🚐 BUT WE'RE NOT STOPPING THERE… WE'RE BACK ON TOUR! 🚐

Our next adventures are with Michelle and the fantastic team at So Retro Events, and we can't wait!

📍 Stalybridge – Sunday 25th October
📍 Stockport – Sunday 1st November

We'll be bringing plenty more vintage treasures along, so come and say hello, have a rummage, and who knows… you might just find that special something you've been searching for! ✨

We look forward to seeing lots of familiar faces and meeting plenty of new ones along the way.

Until then, keep it retro, keep it vintage, and STAY FOREVER YOUNG! ✌️🧡🤎

Our first trader preview is from @ruthphillippi who specialises in early and rare Hornsea Pottery! She is one of the new traders at our October fair and we're delighted to have her joining us ❤️

"I am happily retired from a long public service career and have been a collector of early John Clappison Hornsea Pottery for many years.

Hornsea was my home town until moving to West Yorkshire in 1982. I was honoured to know John Clappison, a quiet and unassuming man who as well as living near my grandma, had been at Hull College of Art with my parents in the 1950’s.

It is fun to tie all these aspects of my life together and trade in iconic, original and beautiful ceramics that still brings joy over sixty years since it was made.

I am looking forward to setting up my stall at the Hebden Bridge event in October😊"

So don't miss Ruth's stall on Saturday 17th October for the widest selection of Hornsea Pottery around! As well as a range of vintage fashion, jewellery & homeware sellers, a café and live music 😁

Our next Hebden Bridge Vintage Fair is going to be bigger and better because as well as being in the lovely Waterfront Hall as usual we're also upstairs in the Terrace Room!

This means we have room for several new traders to join us including:

@betty.the.mushroom with fab fashion and accessories 🌟

@ruthphillippi who specialises in rare and early Hornsea Pottery 🌟

@tabithasnicethings with her lovely jewellery from late C19th to Y2K 🌟

So you'll have more stalls to shop and more vintage treasures to choose from✨

We're thrilled to have them on board and will be doing a feature on individual sellers in the weeks leading up to the fair on Saturday 17th October, so stay tuned to find out more 😁

💥📣 Calling all you vintage lovers!
Drumroll please….🥁…
The marvellous Hebden Bridge Vintage Fair now has its own Insta account!
Give us a follow @hebdenbridgevintagefair so you can keep up to date with future events… and we’d really love it if you could help us grow by spreading the word to your vintage loving friends 🙏

The fairs are organised by our Dawn @dollydragonflies3 and all the traders are independent small vintage businesses based in the North.
Our fantastic poster is designed by the very talented Lucy @greygardensvintage - isn’t it groovy?

I’m taking my stall to Hebden Bridge town hall for our 3rd fair on October 17th.
I’ll be joining some lovely traders, with lots of autumnal stock to get us in the mood for cosying in over the chillier months ahead 🥰🍂
