Monday’s are for productive rest……💻🤍 Setting yourself up for productivity matters, it’s all in your routine and your mindset. We may not have all the answers, but what we will have is evidence. A few things I do in order to keep up with productive rest : 1. Sunday Reset : Keep the reset to a maximum of 5 tasks in order to complete and avoid being overwhelmed. These tasks can cover your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This is self-care not a chore in order for you to feel like you did something, this is care so you can do. 2. Do It Now: All the small tasks you can do in or under 5-10 mins, do it in the moment. Procrastination wins when all the tasks from 5mins to 2 days end up all needing to be completed at the same time. 3. Anxiety Exercises and or Practices: Some of us know we are just about functioning, so how we start the day is important. Praying, devotion, breathing exercises, planning and brainstorming will enable you, therefore you can be productive in the day. 4. Tell Yourself The Truth: Work towards being self aware, there is so much content telling us who and what we should be, so we need to be as intentional about being aware. Ask the hard questions : Do you not like working for yourself or is life really hard right now so it’s not as easy as you thought? Do you have an excellent business or did you go viral and therefore make money without business etiquette?….. Also some days just restttt, the world will be good 😅😂 #branding #lifestyle #coffeeshop #discoverycall #digitaldesign #brandingpackages

Re\Center Live Now : Website Launch 🌹 Re\Center Magazine has three missions: First, it is a safe place to uplift and understand stories about Black, Indigenous, people of color, and historically marginalized groups. Second, it is a place where we evaluate the world, and understand the impact and crucial role these groups contribute to it. Third due to systemic racism, discrimination, and various forms of oppression, these groups are often the first to deal with societal problems. This includes climate change, inadequate healthcare, homelessness, lack of clean water, human labor, exploitation for resources, and more. Therefore, we are here to shed light on these issues and discuss a path for change. Alexis’ passion for threading the needle, changing the narrative and creating real change through sharing stories that empower as well as shed light is a huge part of her website and brand identity and visual. Revelation > Restriction 💭 Transparent moment : Something they don’t tell you (sb: I don’t know who they is…) is how much mental fortitude it requires to dream once life has conditioned your vision based off of your ‘reality’. Something that has been coming up in different conversations i’ve had, is the infamous bully imposter syndrome. Frankly I’m tired of her for real, so…… : ⬇️ 1. Tell yourself the truth : You are working hard at it (whatever your ‘it’ is), yet it still may require stretching physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Because you ‘aren’t’ where you want to be doesn’t mean you haven’t put in the work or your not supposed to be in the rooms or where you are now. Fill out the space over time, there is no rush to act as if you are vs taking time to become. 2. Share your thoughts on imposter syndrome : it doesn’t make you a fraud. What it does, is give room for people to remind you of what you have shared or even their unbiased viewpoint. When you haven’t been able to see past restrictions for a while, your vision can be distorted. Let others have a look and speak life back into your journey. 3. Let go of perfectionism : No one is perfect, when you accept that, you realise that never allowing people to see your flaws leaves room for isolation. If it helps, share your failures and the lessons you learnt, you’ll realise your humanity and strive to take the lessons and turn them into your unique selling point. #monday #quoteoftheday #digitaldesign #content #digitaldesigner #branding #foodforthought #reelsforinstagram
