🔥 Heading to Tokyo tomorrow. Final weight cut starts now. 🔥

Everything that needed to be done has been done.

Now it’s time for the final adjustments and to step into the ring in the best condition possible.

To Team Tiger Muay Thai 🇹🇭 — all the coaches, fighters, and staff:

Thank you so, so much for everything over the past three months. 🙏

Every pad session, every sparring round, every S&C session, every piece of advice, and every bit of support has helped me grow.

On October 17 at RISE 202, I will bring everything I learned during these three months into the ring.

I will win and repay everyone with the result. 🔥

And I’ll come back to Thailand with the victory. 🇹🇭

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Team Tiger Muay Thai.

Some great shots landed by @ruuuslan_t tonight vs multiple time Lumpinee stadium champion Kongsuk 🔥

Ruslan ultimately came out with a split-decision loss, but showed some good developments to his style vs one of the best Thais in his division. Back to the gym now to keep on improving, and Ruslan will return with a vengeance in the next!
