we close this european very yellow chapter with that. important titles, important actions, important collaborations. in sports, projects grow to so much more than just KPI achievements and strategy execution. soooo many details, obstacles, goals, emotions and targets, no words to describe it. but I can find words for one thing, the element which matters the most and should never be handled for granted: PEOPLE. oh boy are these humans amazing. I can name you every single one of them, why they do what they do, how they matter for the big picture and this is because every single one of them is incredibly good in their expertise. this game costs us so much of our time, our energy, our life but i would not want to experience all of this without these people. it’s a good team and in the end it was a good year. thank you from the bottom of my Fili heart. #work

#ims
