Yesterday we kicked off our first Pace & Progress… and it did NOT disappoint 🏃🏾‍♀️💛

We welcomed both familiar faces and first-timers to the track, and the goal was simple: build confidence, learn the basics, and just start.

Pace & Progress is all about getting better - moving a little faster, going a little longer, and feeling stronger every time you show up.

We started with the foundations:
✨ running basics + benefits
✨ tips & tricks to make it feel doable
✨ dynamic stretches + a warm-up lap

Then we split into two groups - beginner & advanced (based on experience, nothing more!) - led by our amazing coaches
@voski.training & @nigelxpala 👏🏾

Each group moved at their own pace, supported each other, and showed OUT.

We brought it back together for a couple laps of Indian Runs - focusing on teamwork, rhythm, and staying connected - before cooling down and heading over to our fav
@soulbowlsnj to refuel 🥤💛

And the best part?
So many of you shared that you felt inspired, more confident, and even ready to sign up for your first 5K 👀

That’s exactly what this is about.

We’ll be hosting more Pace & Progress sessions this summer for anyone who’s been:
    •    intimidated by running
    •    unsure where to start
    •    or just looking to grow

✨ Next one drops in June ✨
