Indigenous Peoples Day is everyday 🪶! Dreamcatchers are the essence of Indigenous people who work for and within our communities. We appreciate our clients, our communities, our leaders, relatives and friends for supporting a Dreamcatcher in their community. This lil’ rez girl appreciates and loves each and every one of you, without your belief and support, the Dreamcatcher team would not be able to do the work we do. Thank you! 🙏🙏

September is National Life Insurance Awareness Month and many people are surprised by how affordable some options are—it really depends on goals and health.

Here at Dreamcatcher Financial Solutions, we focus on finding something that fits people’s lives, not stretching their budget. #LifeInsuranceAwarenessMonth #FinancialFitness #FinancialNurse #FinancialWarrior #WeAreStillHere

Elite Indians in Paradise. I am so proud of my team who qualified for this event in Fort Lauderdale!!

I see a lot of imitators in Indian Country who called themselves financial advisors (which is illegal btw unless you have the right licenses and credentials) and financial this and that.. teaching “financial literacy” without the proper licenses and certs..

But anyway, my team is LICENSED to. Do true financial literacy, plus recommend and sell legitimate financial solutions and products from multiple A- Rated carriers. And now our organization DREAMCATCHERS has 3 of the America’s best… I am so proud of Raeann (Navajo), Melanie (Zuni) and Craig (Navajo) for their amazing accomplishments!!!

Congratulations to my amazing team qualifiers! To re-cap… our qualifiers were in an ELITE training program where they competed against hundred and I do mean hundreds of financial service agents spread across North America, this includes Puerto Rico and Canada.. Raeann West from Fort Defiance AZ, Melanie Banteah from Zuni NM, and Craig Young from Kayenta AZ all competed and came in the top 25 of hundred upon hundred of agents.

I like to look at like this…. Some of the people they competed against were experts in their fields, they came from various backgrounds and from places like Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, Florida…. And our team from the different Reservations hung right in there helping our people and competing in this very very intense and highly competitive program. To me this is a proud moment for DCFS and our organization. It shows that our team is not just good, they’re great at what they do!!

So in celebration, aside from the million dollar yacht ride, the 5 star hotel, the rooftop parties, the fine dining, the room service, the pool party, the cocktail parties, the world class training and mentorship we got to experience the past couple days, we were celebrated with an awesome award ceremony!!

So do know, that when you see any of these people who were at they are respected and known for being ELITE in the financial industry.. they are the real deal… and I do mean the real deal.. myself and @stephallisonceo are so proud of our team who represented and came out on top for the ELITE TRAINING ACADEMY through @diamondleadershipdevelopment …. Diamond Leadership sure knows how to run an elite program and they show out to those who earn their spot!! Thank you @juanjaimeceo and @veronicajaimeceo !!

Today is the final day, graduation is tonight, and in between sessions I’ve been catching up on underwriting, bringing on a new teammate, and submitting business. This experience has reminded me that building a business that gives you freedom doesn’t mean stepping away from your responsibilities, it means growing into someone who can handle more while serving more people.
