My job isn’t just to get fighters out of pain. It’s to build bodies that can handle rounds, scrambles, takedowns, bad positions, hard camps, and everything that comes with choosing this sport

I understand the difference between being cleared and being fight ready.

We rehab hard.
We train with purpose.
We build durability.
We prepare for chaos.

My goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and the actual demands of the fight game.

Not just getting athletes back to training—but preparing them to stay there.

As a sports PT my approach is holistic — looking at the entire athlete, not just the area that hurts.

I use a combination of manual therapy, exercise, mobility, recovery, and education to help athletes understand their bodies and perform at their highest level.

Because the goal isn’t just to get you out of pain.

It’s to heal the body, build it back stronger, and prepare it for the demands of the sport.
