Life update that’s long overdue. It’s been an incredible ride living in Nashville, and I’m so grateful for every experience, every mile traveled, and everyone who’s been a part of it. Thanks for making life one hell of an adventure. Cant wait to see what comes next!

Happy belated 7s day!

A little late on this one because for the first time in years the SA was actually running on July 7th, and what of a heck of a way to spend it with a California road trip and a bunch of other RX-7 folks!

Seriously could not have asked for a better 7s day weekend this year. Lots of new faces, plenty of new cars, and a whole bunch of good times. It was really great getting a change of scenery and being able to experience some Cali car culture first hand.

The SA survived the trip and lives to drive another day, although there are definitely some things that need to be addressed that all the driving has made apparent. Fuel dilution is the big one (had to do three oil changes in less than a week) among some other more minor issues. The water pump failure was expected (which is why I packed a spare one) even if I was hoping it would wait to fully let loose until I got back.

For the time being I expect not a whole lot of big new things to happen on the SA while I prep for some future plans, but at least this year the 7s day non-running curse was finally lifted. Lots of stuff on the docket, but car parts ain't free haha.

Thanks again to everyone I got to spend the past few days with - certainly looking forward to doing it again sometime!

Happy (late) sevens day!!

As a rotary owner of now TWO FCs, I can throughly say that I’ve enjoyed every single minute of being involved with these cars. After buying my first rx7 2 years ago I’ve learned many things about them, how they work, the community, the people. I’ve taught myself so much! Patience, mechanics, taking things apart, teamwork (even if it means staying up til 3am getting a brake job done) These cars have given me so many firsts and memories and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Cheers to the rx7’s and owners out there. I hope you love yours just as much as I do! 🤍
