It's finally not terrible outside, so I was able to move the Imperial and hang my signs from @rxchicago - can always use a reminder to keep a cool head 😎

It has been 3 years since I have been back in Chicago/the Midwest and I am crazy lucky to be the only American bragging about their city for the Gentle Traveller Project. It is a guide by Berlin Art Museum that explores destinations through the eyes of creatives. @direktorenhaus -Thank you so much for letting me brag about Chicago! Not only did I get to talk about amazing projects like the @greenboxarts installation but I also got to talk about stunning locations and communities like @bridgeportartcenter @aptpchicago @blackensembletheater @aredorchidtheatre because of this project, @happyfew_ introduced me to @theecoflamingo and @nowhere.collective - just a few places making Chicago more beautiful. Link to article is in my bio and story!

With one of the primary bathrooms in our Cornelia project, almost every detail pulls inspiration from one of our favorite designers and bathroom projects they’ve done. The first three pics are ours, followed by our inspo pics when we started.

Tile: @studiomcgee @annsacks Canyon Lake Midnight Gloss

Paint colors: Argos by @sherwinwilliams for the walls, Gray Matters by @sherwinwilliams for the built-ins and trim. I found these from a @jeanstofferdesign bed/bath

Layout and design details: scalloped mirrors, wall mounted faucets, wall moldings, arched shower entry - all inspired by two of @brownstoneboys bathroom projects

Reclaimed vintage doors, hardware and trim: sourced from @rxchicago & @salvageone

Very grateful for @leahjgrons @hamptonandwells and her second pair of eyes in proofing all of these combinations!
