And that’s a wrap on Season 2 of Sync&Flow. These 9 months challenged, humbled, and pushed us to grow in ways we never expected. Together, we trained, created, competed, performed, travelled, learned, failed, succeeded, and built something we are incredibly proud of.

Thank you to every dancer who chose to invest their time, energy, trust, and heart into this community; for showing up, taking risks, embracing challenges, supporting one another, and helping shape what Sync&Flow is becoming.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our staff and behind-the-scenes team who helped shape our season:
• Jano — Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Raph — Grooves Rehab
• Alex — Music Producer
• Juliette — Styling & Costume Design
• Monika — Marketing & Design
• Chester — Video & Editing
• Ian Simon— Projection & Video Design

To our guest instructors who generously shared their knowledge, experience, and artistry with us:
• Alex Herrera
• Mio Sakamoto
• Danah Rosales
• Steven Chau
• Cosmo Aurelio

To our mentors who offered valuable feedback, perspective, and guidance:
• Adrian Vendiola
• Reet Roy

To our leadership team, captains, administrators, and volunteers who quietly carried responsibilities behind the scenes—thank you for the countless hours that often go unseen.

To our friends at RXD, thank you for sharing space, supporting one another, and helping strengthen our community.

To Jam Republic and IDL Global for providing an opportunity to compete and represent Toronto on an international stage.

To R2D, Momentum and Prelude TO for giving us the opportunity to perform, create, and share our work in our hometown.

To our families, friends, and supporters near and far—thank you for cheering us on and believing in us throughout the journey. Special love to our spirit guide, Zoe V. ❤️

To the Toronto dance community, we are grateful to be part of a city filled with passionate artists, teachers, organizers, and teams who continue to inspire us.

As we close Season 2, we do so with immense gratitude. We leave this season stronger, wiser, and more connected.

Here’s to continuing to grow, create, and move together.

Syncing in spirit, flowing as one.

"VIEW FROM THE WINGS"

Still feeling the energy from last weekend! ⚡️⚡️While wait for the official video from the show, here's a quick set of clips from the perspective from the side stage.

Big thank you, congratulations and love to all the dancers who took to the stage! You were all incredible!✨️ And as well as the choreographers, staff, families, friends and community supporting these artists making and doing cool $%@₩!

***
Special gratitude to the guest studios, companies and artists for joining us in the vision to connect different adult (amateur, emerging & established) dancers/dance programs in our city. We hope to make this a regular (annual) thing, and connect even more dancers, programs and companies who create spaces for artistic empowerment, social connection, and community building through dance education. So.. thank you, and see you soon.
