To the beautiful people who have held me with your love, lifted me with your prayers, and poured into this journey with such care, thank you. I feel it deeply, and so does this little one. I know in my heart that this baby already feels the warmth, the joy, and the village that awaits. We love you more than words can ever say. We all feel so blessed🤍

Yesterday, I shared with you my “Aunt Shelia” a woman who is apart of the village that helped raise me.
.

Today. I share with you 3 women who have allowed me to be part of their village.
.

Over the last three weeks I have had the pleasure of witnessing all three of them graduate. Two from college, and one from high school.
.

The crazy thing is, I don’t share blood with any of them. However, they are all family to me. I’ve known these girls since they were babies. I babysat them, prayed for them, gave them advice when they needed it, and listened when they needed to be heard.
.

I pray that all of them will be there for my girls, when they need them.
.

This is what a village looks like. This is what true community looks like. This is what family looks like. Don’t miss out on this experience. Find someone to mentor, find someone who needs you, and fill in that gap.
.

Strong women raise strong women!
