This one was pretty special. 🏃🏼‍♀️❤️‍🔥

10 months postpartum and back at a HALF MARATHON start line.

21.1km | 1:48 🏅

Finding the time to train and balancing it all as a mum hasn’t been easy. The mum guilt, missing little moments, morning wake ups, and navigating training while breastfeeding. I’ve really struggled to find the balance between being the mum I want to be and finding that love for running again. Training didn’t quite go to plan, getting to that start line was an achievement in itself.

This race was hard, and the conditions made it even harder, I’m so proud of what I achieved. A little reminder that I can still do hard things and chase my own goals.

The best part was crossing that finish line and seeing my two favourite people waiting for me. Being able to share these moments with my baby girl and show her what’s possible means everything. 🥹❤️

Thanks for the memories @melbmara 🫶🏼

📈 OWNERS DO NOT BURNOUT because they are busy….. they burn out because they become the constraint in their own business.

To move from a business operator at $1-3 million to a business leader at $10 million + requires a different identity, communication skills, clarity, workload and leadership.

At each level of scale requires a new level of clarity and leadership.

Without this a glass ceiling, more pressure and more constraints will develop causing the owner to burn out and get frustrated.

SEPTEMBER TOOLBOX ⚡️

Our team toolbox, held every couple of months, took place last week to cover safety, project updates, recognise some great efforts and enjoy a feed together before getting back into it 🥓🍳💪🏼

Strong communication. Clear standards. One common goal as we forge through the final quarter of 2026.

FY26 DONE & DUSTED ✅

To summarise, we tripled the business in 2 years, with our biggest jump coming last year, delivering both commercial and industrial projects we are genuinely proud of 😎.

More importantly, we watched our people grow into the roles that got us here 👏🏻.

Were there challenges, absolutely! Would we have it any other way, not a chance, as it’s all part of the journey 🚂.

We showed you what we could do this year, now we will do it better for 27FY 💪🏼.

Bring it on ⚡️!!
