No big name school. No big name coaches. Not a lot of nogi around here. Not home schooled. Not well known. Just a girl from East Bakersfield, that tries to train as much as she can! Practicing 6-7 days a week training gi, as much nogi as she can, and wrestling. While working out twice a day.

We thank the lord for everybody thats been put in our lives that's helped this journey🙏🏼

Finals match went into OVERTIME🥵

Me & Faaolaina had a good little scrap. She's strong! Had some good scrambles in overtime. Ate it on the concrete, after that went for a double. She ended up behind me, putting myself in a bad position. Kept thinking if I should try for a reversal, finally with a minute left I went for it! Hit a switch butterfly elevator reversal, that won me the match🥲

Thank you @laina_avegalio72 for the tough match. Also, thank you for your great sportsmanship🙏🏼❤️
