SENIOR SPOTLIGHT- DREW DAVIES

Drew Davies has been an integral member of the Penguins for seven years. During that time, he has also been a member of the Anderson Barracudas and the Cincinnati Marlins. Notably, Drew was part of a record-setting 200 Freestyle Relay Team last year, a highlight of his tenure with the Penguins.

Drew also had a distinguished high school swimming career at Highlands High School. He was a member of both the Highlands KHSAA State Runner-Up Team in 2025, followed by the Combined KHSAA State Championship Team in 2026!

Reflecting on his time with the Penguins, Drew cites competing in relays at Champ Meet and forming lasting friendships as the most memorable aspects. These experiences will remain with him long after his final competition.

This fall, Drew will attend the University of Kentucky to pursue a degree in Finance.

Congratulations to Drew! We wish him continued success at UK and beyond!

Congratulations to the Penguins swimmers, divers, and coaches on a successful (and hot!) Week Four of the season. They gave the Five Seasons Gators tough competition on both Tuesday for diving and Thursday for swimming. The final combined score was Gators-468/Penguins-411. Great job! Next up- the Florence Hammerheads! GO 🐧!
