Always a great week seeing my Alabama family🥲 With the blessing of Sensei Nicolae (@v7pullman) and @eddiericardo7, I had the honor of receiving the 1st degree and instructor bars on my black belt from my good friend @c_dizzle_bjj! Cole and Anna have helped me so much both on and off the mats, I am eternally grateful for them both. It was so awesome to see @lil_a_dizzle back on the mats so quickly postpartum, proud of you!! Shoutout to @swagjits_u for the welcome back and absolutely wiping the mat with me😂 also wanted to give a big get well soon to @ryan_reddish who suffered a pretty bad injury in a freak accident during training. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon🙌🏻🙌🏻

ATHLETE OF THE MONTH!⭐️
We’re switching it up this month a little and happy to announce we have a DOUBLE AOM this September!!! Shoutout to Seth Ford & Ryan Spann for putting in the work day in and day out!!
Seth has been a major part of our gym community since he joined us! He is a stud athlete, always has a smile on his face, and will be cracking jokes when he can! He is coachable, even as a high level athlete. We’re also so glad to have him in the back as a PT with Elevate!!
Ryan has been such a great addition to the CFBHM family! He has an awesome sense of humor, pushes himself each day and is as strong as an ox! He is the king of strict muscle ups and isn’t shy from picking up some heavy weights!! If you know Ryan, you know his warm up is throwing that racquetball, which has become a game for many!
These two bring so much joy to the gym and we’re thankful to have them as members!! Keep pushing each other 💪🏼🤩

We had a blast at our CFBHM Beach Day! We truly have the best community. It’s always a good time training together in the gym, but it’s even better when we get to hang out outside of it. Sand, sun, and some lightly competitive volleyball made for the perfect Saturday.
