Welp, that’s a rap for the 2024 @fbcfair Cookoff! 2nd Place Beans, 7th Place Stew, 3rd Place Showmanship, First Place Party (that last one was made up, but we would’ve won it if it was real). A HUGE thank you to to the fair committee members, all the volunteers, security staff, and first responders that gave their sweat and hard work to put this event on. Our team, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is here to raise money for 4H/FFA, this country’s wounded warriors, and the @fbcfair Art Auction; without the staff’s hard work, we wouldn’t be able to fulfill our mission.

Vaya con dios! We’ll be back out for the Art Auction on September 28th, so see y’all then!!

A.I. is here. It has been, and it’ll only be a part of our everyday more and more. We hosted a class this morning focusing on transforming real estate agents into AI rockstars 👩🏻‍🎤. It was a wonderful turnout and incredible content from the one and only Erica Sobba. @ericasobbamarketing

Thank you to our amazing partners to help make this happen! @ericasobba @hisandhershomewarranty @douglashoffman_hoffmanlending @littrelljb @realtor_didya_bianchi @newmark_homes @mguerrastump @fntsouthtexas
