APEC has been part of my life long before I ever got the chance to coach here. I walked through these doors as an athlete, came back as an intern, and eventually had the opportunity to coach the next generation of athletes in the same place that helped shape me.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people, the lessons, the relationships, and every athlete who trusted me to be a small part of their journey.

Closing this chapter is bittersweet, but I’m excited for what’s ahead and thankful for everything this place has given me🤍

north carolina is BEAUTIFUL. i love eating. ryan can cook like a mf. fredericksburg had the best food ever.

i love my people and i’m super hot

i went into this year wishing for more love in my life. my community has far exceeded this wish and i could cry thinking about how quickly life can change & how happy i am. i love everyone!!!
