Another Offseason in the Books 💪🏼

Currently wrapping up our last week of offseason training in the gym.

Bittersweet time of the year because we lose a lot of faces back to their teams but it’s awesome to go watch these guys and girls do what they do best which is compete on the ice.

I want to thank all our athletes for trusting us with their development this off-season, my favourite thing in the world is helping you guys develop and reach your potential.

Good luck and see everyone soon ❤️

Old vs. Young X 2
Our workout group had the opportunity to be humbled twice in one week.
First it was a few hockey players who were on their way to camp before we took on a few Hyrox ex-BEAP athletes.
So good to get the youth and their energy back into our basement and show us what crazy numbers can be put up.
68 calories in a one minute Assault Bike was pretty impressive.
If any ex-students or opponents on the gridiron want to relive the glory days, please reach out. Our workout group of 4 is always up for a challenge. Congrats Aidan Saint and this crew
