We made a movie. Now you can finally watch it. 🎬

After 48 hours of controlled chaos, a big screen premiere, and a little time sitting with what we created, “Besties” is officially out in the world.

A lot of ideas, problem solving, happy accidents, and incredibly talented people went into making this one happen. And I’m proud of what we made together.

If you missed us in theaters, the full film is now live. 🎥

Watch here!

Would love to hear what you think.

Until the next one. ✌🏾

Had to put this song in purely for the fact that @chloe.jewelll and @amerie are twins!

Test photos with @prismlensfx nostalgia filter.

How’d we do? Feeling like a throwback?

Is Chloe a descendant of Amerie or naw?

What’a one of the BEST ways to spend your SUNDAY?

With us, and some friends, getting AFTER IT!

Class times run @7:00, 8:30, 10:00am so you have NO EXCUSES to not be there! Plus on Sundays there’s NO traffic!

If you are in OC or the surrounding areas, this is the BEST place to train at!

You can either get FAST with us, or get PASSED by us at the races, the choice is yours!🤘🏼

✨Bits here and there...✨

Honor is expensive, and the receipt comes in the form of scars.

In the cold of defeat or the weight of exhaustion, all that remains is your own backbone. Do not expect understanding from those who have never set foot on the battlefield; maturity is the silence of one who accepts the price of being faithful to what they believe, even when the blood runs cold.

Stand firm. True strength is not displayed in triumph, but in the refusal to surrender when everything around you collapses.

✨HYROX - PRO DOUBLES ✨

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
when the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
when the funds are low and the debts are high,
and you want to smile but you have to sigh,
when care is pressing you down a bit - rest if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a fellow turns about when he might have won had he stuck it out.Don't give up though the pace seems slow - you may succeed with another blow.Often the goal is nearer than it seems to a faint and faltering man;

Often the struggler has given up when he might have captured the victor's cup;and he learned too late when the night came down,how close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out - the silver tint of the clouds of doubt,and when you never can tell how close you are,
it may be near when it seems afar;
so stick to the fight when you're hardest hit - it's when things seem worst, you must not quit.

- Don't Quit
