COMEDY APPRECIATION POST!!!

Now that October is here, and the craziness that was the summer season is gone, I can’t help but notice my calendar for the back end of the year is a little slower than I’d like it to be. Typically, when this happens, I get this existential feeling that the walls are closing in on me. It can seem like it’s all coming to an end. In the past, I’ve let that lead me into a funk. This time, instead, I’ve decided to reflect back on some of the cool things I’ve done so far this year. Am I where I want to be in my comedy journey? No, but if 2018 me could see what’s going on now, I know he’d be impressed (Albeit concerned about my weight) This post is probably more for me than anybody else, but here’s a list of everything I’m incredibly grateful for so far in 2026 Comedy.

We on the marquee!

Amazing weekend of shows capped off by hometown hero @ryanmckee selling out the Sawmill Theaters room in Payson. @chrisbennettcomedy came in from Show Low and absolutely murdered it (without passing out during his set!). I was lucky enough to open for these two guys I look up to.

Can’t wait to come back! Payson, you are amazing.

Keep scrolling to see our cursed marquee photo.
