Meet Ryann Kearney!

Animator, illustrator, designer, and tattoo artist, Ryann brings a distinct point of view to everything she creates. We’re proud to have her on the halflife* team and love seeing the many different ways her creativity takes shape.

Keep an eye out for more from Ryann and the work she’s creating both in and outside the studio.

Little walk down handmade memory lane. Before I made photography my career, sewing and fashion was my life. When I moved to New York I had the full intention of going to the fashion institute of technology and then Covid happened… and It was easier to continue photography and creative direction and styling/customs than to make P.S.I my label, my only career. Despite missing out on the educational side of things, it’s still a passion of mine. Making pieces for the Emmy’s and NAACP awards are goals I was able to cross off (waiting for the Grammys lol). Constructing fits for stage performances, photo shoots, campaigns, and 80% of my club attire, is still happening and I love being a jack of all trades shawty. Now someone go tell @sza I got ideas for a gown 🪽

Wow… 2025. Quite a year here at halflife*. New studio, new LED volume, new team family members, new collaborators and partnerships. It’s all a bit of a blur but this reel proves it happened with an original track from our own @noriikaii . Thanks and so much love to our amazing crew, directors, editors, cinematographers, designers and vendors. And a very special thanks to our amazing clients and partners who make this all possible. Your message matters and we’re honored to serve your story. #nmfilm #newmexicoadvertising #aicpnewmexico #nmfilm #servethestory
