🌭 Hot dogs and Frito pie FTW.

Chef @RyanPera (@AgricoleHTX) spent years in fine dining. Then one of his team’s biggest hits came from hot dogs, Frito pie, and a neighborhood bar.

After taking some big swings and learning from what didn’t work, Ryan and his partners opened @EZsLiquorLounge next door to @ColtivareHTX. No fine dining playbook. Just a simple concept they believed people would actually want.

Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more. It’s knowing when to strip an idea back to what works.

Yesterday’s @ihwsh_tx fundraiser dinner and garden party at @coltivarehtx was 💯 So proud of @doctahelle for how she’s grown IHWSH and @ryanpera for packing the house at Coltivare 12 years in, with many OG team members still in the house 😍 It was one of those nights that gives you life for months to come—just one more core memory in my Coltivare scrapbook 💚
