Beatles Dig A Pony Cover Live at Miami, FL (Apr. 19th, 2019).

Straight from the Let It Be / Get Back era — raw, loose, and pure Lennon attitude 🎸

This one was all about feel over perfection, like the rooftop sessions in ’69.
If you’re into stripped-down Beatles vibes, headphones recommended 🎧

#TBT to circa 1998 when my band Fifth Culture played at the world-famous Whiskey A Go-Go on the Sunset Strip. I think we opened for Nancy Sinatra that night. We were fortunate enough to make 3 full albums together and brothers Casey and Nick Crescenzo went on to have great success with their band The Dear Hunter. I’m super proud of Casey for becoming the awesome frontman he is today. Nick was always a phenomenal drummer and equally talented bassist. Our bass player, Damien Alameda went on to have an impressive career in broadcasting.
The guitar player on the far right remains one of my best friends to this day. He’s doing great things with film, but prefers to be off social media. #nobodysperfect
Yes, that’s me on the left with the short hair and cargo pants, but still with the PRS even back then, a CE 24. That guitar stayed with my until 2012 when it was stolen. But I got a dreamy Custom 24 to make up for it. Special mention to my sis, Amy, front and center. She’s always been my biggest fan and I love her lots.

Throwing it back to May 2015 living the #drumlife @mikeslessons drum camp. What a time in my life! That’s me above Mike’s left shoulder. I didn’t have short hair by choice. I was just stepping out into a second lease on life. I bonded with some seriously cool dudes, and learned some next level skills, not only for becoming a better drummer, but a better musician, and even a better person.
.
We all get stuck in our comfort zones, and can get really good at what we know. But when we take the time to identify and work on our weaknesses, that’s when we thrive. Mike is a brilliant teacher/guide/shaman/human at showing you the way. He taught us how to “embrace the suck” and rise above our weaknesses with humility and dedication. The camp gives you the opportunity to complete focus on the art form. Mike gave me assignments I never thought I could do, and after putting in the hours of struggle, I was able to do what I previously thought was impossible. I’m so thankful for that experience and use tools from it every day.

1958 Ford Ranchero
Seller: @ryanpoyer
Loc: Ventura, CA
Price: $8,999
VERY RARE
I bought the car from my uncle 5 years ago and he had it for as long as I can remember (20+ years...not the original owner though). The car is ALL ORIGINAL except for the radiator which was just replaced about a year ago.
From what I've researched, there were only 1471 made with this Standard body style and even fewer with the 352 cubic inch interceptor engine and stick shift. Maybe less than 1000?
Runs great. Starts right up. Never overheats. Turns lots of heads. Strong power.
Great for cruising around town and would make a great project car to fully restore.
It could use new floors (see hole behind the passenger seat in pics), upholstery, and paint, but is mechanically sound.
It's a joy to drive and gets a lot of attention everywhere it goes.
The 3-on-the-tree manual transmission is lots of fun and it has a Borg-Warner overdrive that automatically splits all 3 gears and works great.
My life priorities have shifted and it's time for me to let it go. I hope I can find a buyer/collector who will appreciate this car's uniqueness and bring it back to full glory.
The VIN is H8RF150177
Odometer reads 71087
The car was manufactured in the San Jose, California factory in 1958 and was originally painted black (now a light brown).
I'm happy to answer any questions.
