People love me. That's a fact that isn't lost on me. It is because of this love people have for me, that I know without a doubt karma does exist, because I know for sure nothing I've done in THIS life has earned me the love surrounding me.

To have people love you & trust you enough to have you do life with them AND trust you enough to let you program and lead them through workouts, Yoga flows and continue to show up

I must have been a much better person in my past life than I am now. And I'm a pretty damn good person now as it is. I mean... Just Saying

2020 - Thank you for making me feel loved, appreciated, supported & believed in

Happy Birthday to Regan @reganeugene1111 - number two son - born 2:53 am July 15 1983. Regan came into our world very quickly, early in the morning, and other than the early morning start, has been awesome and wonderful. Proud of who he is and love him to bits. #birthday #boy #tiny #missoula #montana #gogriz

Official Programming for my Sub 6 in 6 with @KillRobBailey & @RastaRunner_ starts tomorrow, so today I set out for a 4 or 40 (either 4miles or 40 continuous minutes moving)... How about both?⁣
⁣
Met up with Ryan and knocked out 4 miles, at sub 40, running at 100% peak for me. But I was still talking so that 100% is doubtful. I'm sure if I shut my mouth, I have a little extra push.⁣
⁣
How are YOU crushing or setting up to crush your Quarangoals today?

Tonight was everything. After being afraid last night that I'd be spending my bday hospitalized or in surgery, I am so happy I was released & able to spend it with my people. I have thee best community of love & support around me.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
My @NovemberProjectSD peoples came out to spend my Birthday with me. We ran Waterfront Social Run with @StepXStepRun & @Lululemon, who have also been such a big part of my community & my healing this past year.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Also, thank you for trusting me to lead you on a pre run yoga flow to stretch our muscles and loosen up before the run. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I love you all so much & I am so happy I got to spend it with you all.

Started the year with @NovemberProjectSD for PR Day, knocking out Burpees & Hill Repeats. I finished PR Day for the first time ever; however, I was over the time limit so No PR Pail for me yet.⁣
⁣
Followed up NP, with 9am HIIT Training at @MvmtWarehouse, before a 12hr work shift.
