A big THANK YOU to Coach Heyden and the Tallwood Field Hockey Team for welcoming our boys and giving us the opportunity to share some friendly competition!

We especially appreciate the time they took to teach us the basics and fundamentals before we got started with our game. One thing we learned quickly… field hockey is a lot harder than it looks! 😅

We had a great time learning, laughing, competing, and building connections with our fellow Lions. Thank you ladies for a great time and good luck with the rest of your season! We’ll be cheering you guys on! 🦁🏑

Both JV & V closed out the weekend with wins on Sunday.

A strong finish to Phenom Team Camp Session 1 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center and another opportunity for our guys to compete, grow, and represent Tallwood Hoops. The program got better this weekend!

Big thank you to Terrell and the entire Phenom family for hosting a great weekend of preseason hoops.

Back to work! 🦁🏀

Before the break, our guys showed their gratitude to a staff member in the building who has been a positive influence in their life by giving them their flowers of love & appreciation.

Our guys are more than hoopers and it takes a village to reach the success that they’re capable of. We are all thankful for our village at Tallwood!

(Some players not pictured bc of the no electronics rule in school 😉)

Which staff members can you recognize!? 👀
