🎈 ESCAPE 12 HOUR YOGATHON 🎈
12 hours of movement, community and fundraising

Join us on Saturday 14th November as our teaching team comes together for a full day of yoga, raising money for a charity of your choice.
Expect a mix of energising flows, slower practices, different styles and plenty of opportunities to move, breathe and connect. The day is designed to take you on a journey, building up and winding down so you leave feeling good, not burnt out.
🧘‍♀️ Come for one class, book three, or take on the whole day!
✨ 1 class £10 ✨ Any 3 classes £25 ✨ Full day £40 for monthly members / £50 for non-monthly members
📅 Saturday 14th November ⏰ 8am–8pm
We’ll finish the day with a special closing meditation to bring everyone together.

A well known and respected member of the South Wales Ultra running community Lee tells the boys about how he's come back from injury this year, taking part in the 2025 Dragons back and setting an FKT.

Our October run was a beauty, and we’re here through to Christmas with our next run on November 29th, and our December run and social on the 12th 🗓️

Lovely scenic miles, until the boys decided to turn them into a climbing expedition each time 👀

Absolutely no climbing cliffs for me. Crack on. I’m not having anyone deliver the bad news to my family that I’ve fallen off the Gower cliffs 😂☺️

Hard to put into words just how epic this week was…

Spending quality time with old friends and meeting so many new, who share your passions and sense of adventure - it’s pretty awesome when you find your tribe 😍

When you experience something like this, pushing boundaries and taking on new challenges, you develop much deeper connections with the people around you. You’re present, you’re in nature, and you’re your raw self: on tough, technical and difficult, sweaty trails 😅

You’re not surrounded by life’s materialistic possessions or usual daily tasks and responsibilities. You’re surrounded by new experiences, new encounters, new environments, new people and new challenges. That’s what makes these connections so much deeper and very special 😍

Add in some yoga, sea dips, golden-hour sundowners, boat parties, beach parties, winery hikes, music, crafts and espresso martinis and it’s pretty f-cking awesome!

A very, very special week and, as always, it’s the people who make it xxx

Episode 22 - Dan Morgan aka Plodtv

If you've never heard of @plodtv where have you been living under a rock?

This man has done it all and is the originator of the infamous Dan Slam.

We can almost guarantee if you've entered an ultra marathon in south Wales you would of spotted Dan in his hot pink get up and heard him screaming WALES

Another 8 miles in the bag.

Wet, warm, sweaty, fun? Maybe. Great company with @ryanstephens___ , useful having someone on my spectrum with me during it.
Really enjoyed though. The runs are just flying by now. Mileage and fitness is feel ahead of where I’d expect it to be and that’s encouraging.
Added bonus today, as we turned the corner to finish the run, there it was, the ice cream van. Absolutely written in the stars.

The surprise introduction of the hay bale obstacles to the beer mile relay this year made for some pretty epic moments to an already crazy event. One of our fav upgrades no doubt 😅

In under 12 months our team has grown from 8 to 13 amazing instructors. All unique in their own way and style, but all with a love for the yoga practice and a passion to serve our students.
