A superb weekend down at @outlawtriathlon with a fair few of us competing. The weekend saw 13 of us pin on a number. All three coaches raced and we had athletes ranging from first ever triathlon to experienced guys at the top of the their game.

What was great to see though was the great community and supportive environment we have built here.

More like this please.

Sometimes in this process you are going to have to hurt yourself.

If you wanna push your body faster and harder than it’s been before you’re gunna need to work at it and suffer through it.

You’re gunna have to put it in when it matters

Better get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Comment ‘HURT’ if you’re with us.

Eventful TT group ride with events that you just couldn’t write (but I’ll try)

Firstly 10k in we had our first puncture but unfortunately we all had short valves on our spare tubes so sadly we lost @jackr_harper . It was then relatively windy out towards York. We also had 4 dropped bottles including one lost one courtesy of @lewis.morgan6 . Then around 10k out from York @ryanstevo.tri had a puncture. Luckily some other cyclists had a longer valve which they donated and we then struggled to pump up so in York we stopped of at a bike shop to get a few spare 80mm valves we then got to 90k with no issues other than some crazy cross winds and then I hit the wall but made it to the cafe mostly in one piece but then got dropped just after and had to ride back alone. All in all completed 120k with an elapsed time of around 6 hours.
