Iron sharpens iron. Surround yourself with people who push you beyond your limits and inspire you to become better. The right people don’t compete to bring you down, they push you to rise higher.

Filming Christopher Nolan’s - The Odyssey!!

A little late, but how can you explain the absolute once in a lifetime unreal adventure we had ✨
Away from home travelling over many months, sailing the seas 🌊 , finding random abandoned planes, creating our own training spaces, and eating absurd amounts of ice cream 🍨

How incredibly lucky to have been chosen to be part of this 🙏

Worked with so many talented artist all throughout the production and to have been Telemachus (Tom Holland) , Odysseus (Matt Damon) and Agamemnon’s (Benny Safdie) Crew!!! 💪

Wasn’t always rosy but well worth it!!

Thank you to @take3agency for giving us this opportunity 🙏

First kicks in 8 months. 🥊

The training never stopped. It just changed to
Rehab...Strength...Patience... Mind...Thousands of reps that nobody sees.

I finally got to throw kicks again, and it felt bloody good.

Still a long way to go, but we’re moving in the right direction.
