Sorry, I’ve been busy becoming..
Casey Wellman BSN, RN and what not 🦋✨🪽

I walked into nursing school with a dream and walked out with so much more than a degree. Through motherhood, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, long nights, and moments of doubt, I kept going. Passing my NCLEX on the first try in 85 questions was the moment all of those years of sacrifice finally felt worth it.

I’m incredibly proud of myself. Not just for becoming a nurse, but for becoming one while being a mom. It’s my biggest accomplishment. I hope my girls always know that their dreams are worth chasing, no matter what season of life they’re in. I hope they put their heart into something and never stop, until they have it.

But this accomplishment doesn’t belong to me alone. My family sacrificed so much to help me reach this moment. The time they gave, the things they put on hold, the love and support they showed me when I needed it most..none of it went unnoticed.

I come from a long line of strong women who taught me what it means to work hard, love fiercely, and keep going even when life gets difficult. Women who made sacrifices long before I ever understood what sacrifice truly meant. I carry their strength with me, and I hope to pass that same strength down to my own children.

Here is to our new chapter with baby X 🪽🪽

📸 Big shout out to Clarie Wilson for dropping everything to accommodate my needs in doing this photoshoot. I couldn’t have asked for more special and amazing photos. She killed it. Thank you for being so communicative and seeing my vision! 🤍
