🎙️ EPISODE 93 IS HERE! 🏊‍♂️

This week, we’re joined by Ryan Evans, our newest and 1st-year Swim & Dive Coach at ISU!

Ryan sits down to talk about building a culture that he hopes will ultimately lead to a MVC title for the program. He shares his approach to process goals, the importance of building relationships through out-of-the-pool team bonding, the upcoming schedule, and how hard this team is working every day.

We also get to know Ryan beyond the pool as he talks about his coaching journey, his family, and the experiences that have shaped him — and how all of those things will help him in his new role at ISU.

🏊‍♂️ Culture. Process. Family. Work.

I am excited and honored to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Kansas, where I will be continuing my academic and athletic career!! I want to thank my parents, coaches, and teamates for helping me throughout my journey and pushing me to reach for my goals. I especially want to thank my mom and dad for always supporting me and allowing me to chase my dreams. I also want to thank Coach Clark and Coach Ryan and the rest of the coaching staff for giving me this opportunity to join the Jayhawk family. Rock Chalk!!! ❤️💙
