🔥 HELL NAW. A1 on a cheap sirloin? Alright… I can let that slide. But watching somebody reach for the ketchup after you put a perfectly good ribeye in front of them? That’s where I draw the line! 😂🥩 What’s the worst thing somebody can do to a good steak — other than overcook it? 👇 #CookingWithBrock #SteakNight #BBQHumor #Ribeye #SteakLovers

🔥 APPARENTLY I TOOK “TWO OF EACH” A LITTLE TOO SERIOUSLY… NOW I HAVE SIX BBQs/SMOKERS. At this point, I’ve got enough grills and smokers around here to start loading the ark myself. 😂 Here’s a little look back at some of what’s been coming off them lately. Different meats. Different methods. Plenty of smoke. How many grills or smokers do you have right now? 👇 #CookingWithBrock #BackyardBBQ #SmokedMeat #BBQHumor #Traeger

🔥 NO-WRAP RIBS AT 250° Smoked these for about 5 hours at 250°F and pulled them around 203°F internal. The bend test looked great, the ribs stayed juicy and tender, and they still had a little bite instead of completely falling off the bone. I’ve really been enjoying the no-wrap method lately. In hindsight, I probably could’ve pulled these about 20 minutes earlier, closer to 200°F, but they still turned out fantastic. What’s your go-to rib method? 3-2-1? No wrap? Something else? 👇 #CookingWithBrock #SmokedRibs #NoWrapRibs #BackyardBBQ #BBQLife

🔥 IF YOU’RE LOOKIN’, YOU AIN’T COOKIN’… BUT I’M STILL LOOKIN’. Started with the meme, finished with the payoff. 😂 Smoked beef ribs with a dark peppery bark, mac & cheese, corn on the cob, and toasted garlic bread. Sometimes you just gotta lift the lid and make sure everything’s behaving. And yeah… those ribs were worth checking on. 🔥 What’s the one thing you can’t stop checking when it’s on the smoker? #CookingWithBrock #BeefRibs #BBQHumor #SmokedMeat #BackyardBBQ

🌫️ THE GREAT SMOKEPOCALYPSE OF 2026 🌫️ Apparently the entire Pacific Northwest decided to turn into one giant smoker… so if you wanted to BBQ today, you needed a respirator before you needed charcoal. 😂 AQI was over 260 here in Middleton, Idaho, but Sunday dinner still had to happen. On the menu: 🥩 Smoked tri-tip tacos 🌮 Smoked chicken tacos 🥭 Fresh mango 🥑 Avocado 🌶️ Bell peppers 🧅 Onion 🌿 Cilantro 🍋 Fresh lime 🧀 Queso fresco Sometimes you’ve just gotta adapt, fire up the grill, and make the best of the situation. Stay safe out there, everyone. If you’re dealing with the smoke too, I hope you’re keeping the family healthy and still finding a way to enjoy the outdoors when you can. What’s the worst weather you’ve ever BBQ’d in? #CookingWithBrock #TriTipTacos #BackyardBBQ #SmokeApocalypse #tacotuesday

“Oh, I already ate.” 😂 Tell me I’m not the only one. If I spent all day tending the smoker, you’re at least having “just one bite.” 🤣 Does this happen to you guys too, or is it just me? #CookingWithBrock #BBQ #Grilling #OutdoorCooking #FoodHumor
