So back in November, I fancied myself a little bit of accountability and signed up with @ryanwheelerfitness_ 💪🏼

It started with some no pressure structure of my plan and macros… before I knew it I was obsessed!

Not only was I seeing my body changing weekly but I was loving how it was making me feel.

It has NOT been easy!

You have to force yourself to get up early.
You have to be honest with yourself.
You have to evaluate your priorities.
Nobody is going to do it for you.
These are your goals.
This is your life.
It all starts and ends with you.
YOU are entirely up to YOU!

Everything you do needs to be done with purpose and conviction… if you're not smiling whilst you're doing it or you're not feeling better after…
.
Question what it is you're doing?
Make sure your intentions are correct…
Make sure you have a purpose for what you're doing…
And make sure you have a GOAL/TARGET?
.
I see to many people fluctuate in what it is they're doing because they haven't set a realistic achievable goal/target!
.
When it comes down to setting yourself personal goals make sure you have your BIG target weather it's lose X amount of weight or lift X amount of weight…
.
Make sure it's something that can be achieved then set yourself little micro targets along the way… so you're still able to monitor your progress and celebrate your achievements.
.

An interesting thing I've learnt over the past couple of days is that you really have to be in this game for yourself. (Whilst trying to get my photogenic modelling side on)

You are you.
Your body is your body.
Your goals are your goals.
.
No matter what the person next to you is doing you need to focus on what's going to better yourself and hit your own personal targets, If you're too busy focusing on everyone and everything else you're going to slip...
.
Don't get me wrong, surround yourself with the best people but don't let them be a hindrance, help them with there goals when you can afford to put the time in without taking it away from yourself.
.
Strive for greatness baby!!!

There's a lot more to come from me - I've now got 1 goal in mind and I'm going to make it happen!
