Quietly we opened the doors to our dining room yesterday. Thank you #yyc, for your patience and understanding as we have transitioned from take out only, to patio only, to bolth and now, to dine in. Navigating this opening has been insanely strange and challenging, logistically, mentally and emotionally. But once the first table had sat, for what looked like a date night, I remembered why I love this industry so much and why I’m in it for life. With that, I would love to invite you to my restaurant. 🎉Congratulations to the new graduates of the @mynahschoolofyoga 200 hour YTT. 💻 This year did look a little different than all other years and we are so proud at how each of our near and dears navigated this training. They dove deep, peeled old layers of self, trusted the process, and propelled forward.
