My workouts have been great lately. PPL allows for a variety of exercises but sometimes just lifting heavy weights for reps are just as much fun.

Since I do heavy incline and flat bench press I usually don’t press heavy overhead.

When you get incredible seats for a Warriors Game, you call your incredible friends! (Coincidently the one built like Mr. Incredible)

@rycklon and I had a blast in the Club Level Lounge for the game tonight. Warriors for the win. Phone died so didn't get much action of the game, but snuck a few shots of Ryck pre-game.

Once my phone died, Ryck and I had an incredible thing happen- we talked. About life, about our families, about struggles, about us, about our realities that we face and can feel overwhelmed by.

Its crazy to be around a real life super human like Ryck. Truly the definition of an amazing person and more importantly- a real friend.

Sometimes I just have to pump out a set to finish the workout. Arms are full, shoulders and chest are pumped.
