We didn't get pictures of all the QUIP community who showed up to the Trans March, but we appreciate everyone who was there. Marching together for Trans Rights was 11/10. Happy Pride!

This week I had the pleasure of finally seeing Time Eater, a short I worked on last October as a Production Manager (and Zack as a PA!) - I'm so thrilled with how it turned out @rycouldrey truly weaved a nightmare-ish story for us all to think about!

The short was 1 of 4 selected to be screened at TIFF lightbox this week as part of the DGCs short film fund! The other shorts were equally poignant/funny/thought provoking - a good reminder that we should be funding and keeping home grown talent here !

Anyways, thanks for including me in your production Ryan! Can't wait to see how this further progresses!

And special thank you to my friend Michelle who came as my date for the evening!

After spending the last month scoring and sound designing @rycouldrey’s latest horror short TIME EATER (one of 4 recipients of this year’s @ontariodgc Short Film Fund), this week I also had the opportunity to give it the big surround mix it deserved at @rollingpicturesca 🔥🔥🔥

It’s been over 6 years since I’ve mixed in a room like this and, while excited, I was more than a little intimidated going into it. I owe a ton of gratitude to re-recording mixer extraordinaire Michelle Irving, who generously sat with Ryan and me in the room and offered a ton of helpful technical and creative feedback along the way. Looking forward to doing this thing again on more projects, hopefully sooner rather than later 😊

Ryan Couldrey’s “Time Eater” got SEEN tonight! Big screens are the best screens. Four great shorts with long, long games.

A few set stills from a really nice time making a very scary thriller movie ✨Thank you @rycouldrey & @lauranneharris for inviting me to be apart of your brilliant film 💊Time Eater💊 and for creating such a wonderful set. This was one of those yummy times I got to make art with friends- the incandescent @janeedithmoffat again and the most brilliant @laurenlynn19 - like wow. You’re both such generous, exciting acting partners.
Also to reunite with @cabotmc as cinematographer on this was such a delight. I love your work so SO much.
