After my son’s football game, we stopped at Chick-fil-A and found the tiniest kitten hiding in the grill of our car. 🥺🐾

We got her out safely and brought her home. We think she’s only about 3–4 weeks old, and we’re doing our best to keep her warm, fed, and comfortable. She’s already got our whole family wrapped around her little paws. ❤️

I’ve never cared for a kitten this young, so please share any tips or tricks you have—especially for feeding, helping her go potty, and keeping her safe. We need all the kitten wisdom we can get!

✨VALLEY GIRLS do it better ✨

I will always remember this team, this season, and the privilege I had to take the bandshell for the first time with these people by my side, hitting 2 ABSOLUTELY FIRE routines in Daytona, and making UVU history ❤️‍🔥🙏

‼️Athlete Highlights‼️

We’re getting closer to the end of the season for a lot of these high school athletes which means it’s time to get tryout ready and level up the skills for next season!! Off season is my favorite time of year and it’s only a few weeks away, if you’re looking for someone to help you reach your goals this off season, don’t hesitate to reach out!!
