The Rogue Air Rhino has landed at Vortex.

It’s a belt squat platform with an air flywheel. The faster you pull, the harder it pulls back, up to 544 kg of resistance from one compact machine.

🔹 Two modes: Standard for conditioning, Rhino for heavy strength work
🔹 Belt squats, deadlifts, rows, curls, presses and lunges
🔹 A built-in monitor that tracks Force Over Time on every rep

New to it? Book a quick 10-minute induction and one of our coaches will take you through every exercise and option.

The All New Vortex Blood Testing Service 🩸

Welcome to the new Vortex Blood Testing Service, the most comprehensive health and performance assessment.

✅ 95+ biomarkers tested
✅ Gold-standard laboratory analysis
✅ Clear, comprehensive reporting
✅ Personalised health and performance insights

You train consistently, eat well and invest in supplements, but do you really know what’s happening inside your body?

Are you taking supplements you don’t actually need? Could hidden deficiencies, hormonal imbalances or recovery issues be limiting your progress?

Your energy, recovery, health and performance are influenced by far more than your training programme alone. Sometimes the scales and the mirror don’t tell the full story.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Revi to provide comprehensive blood testing, analysing over 95 biomarkers across key areas including:

- Hormonal health
- Metabolic function
- Cardiovascular health
- Inflammation markers
- Nutritional status
- Recovery and performance indicators

The real value isn’t just receiving a report full of numbers.

Your results are interpreted alongside your lifestyle, training habits and goals, helping us identify what matters most and create a more personalised strategy for your nutrition, recovery and performance.

Take the guesswork out of your health and performance.

Book your test today and discover exactly what your body needs to perform at its best.

🥊 SMARTER PROTECTION FOR COMBAT ATHLETES

We recently welcomed Jill from Prevent Biometrics to Vortex Performance Academy to create custom smart gumshields for our athletes preparing for their upcoming bouts.

🦷 Digital dental impressions help create a custom fit for comfort and protection.

📊 Smart gumshield technology measures both linear and rotational head acceleration during impacts, providing valuable data to support research into head impacts in combat sports.

This technology is helping advance our understanding of impact forces and athlete safety. 🧠

At Vortex, we’re always looking for innovative ways to support our athletes through performance, preparation and smarter training.

A big thank you to Jill and Prevent Biometrics! 👏
