Hard to believe it’s been a year since being in paradise.

So happy to see the home team cranking this year.

Forever and always 🔴⚪️🔴.

Man, it's hard to put this season into words, but I'm going to do my best.

Coming into this season, I wasn't sure how it would go. I battled a lot with imposter syndrome throughout the season. Feeling like I wasn't good enough to be on the quadline. Feeling like I wasn't supposed to be on the leadership team. But Resistance continually showed me my value and picked me up when I was down. From the members to the tech staff to the admin, no one was left behind. This season was by far my favorite iteration of RIP, and I couldn't be happier to have been a part of it.

To my quads:
Carson, thank you for always reassuring me that I was right where I belonged when I had doubts about my abilities as a player and as a leader. Thank you for always taking the time to lead us with patience and understanding.

Damian, thank you for being a light in the ensemble and always providing a good laugh. Thank you for lending helpful comments and advice when my ears weren't working.

Rylan, thank you for always showing up eager to get better and proving that no matter what stands in the way (like a broken wrist), perseverance always prevails.

To my (other) ageouts:
Austin, dude, I don't even know where to start. You were there for me from the beginning in 23 and have always had my back since then. I couldn't have asked for a better mentor leading me through this crazy world of independent percussion.

Thomas, thank you for always leading this ensemble to success and keeping us accountable throughout the entire season. Even when you were frustrated with us, you still proved to us that we were all a part of something so great and belonged on that floor.

I wish you both success in your next steps of life.

With all this being said, let's come back next year and do this thing again. One last time🫠 #ageoutclassof26

(Yes, I know I picked the Infinity song, but I knew it before this season started🤷‍♂️)

It is very hard to to believe that I only got one more of these left. Getting to perform with these people has been an absolute blast and can’t wait to see what else God has planned for my time left in this phenomenal studio🙏🏽🥁
