“They’re too young for this.”

That’s what people say.

Too young for pressure.
Too young for competition.
Too young to lose.

But somehow not too young for screens.
Not too young for comfort.
Not too young to quit when things get hard.

He stepped in the cage.
He felt the pressure.
He lost.
He learned.

I’ll take that lesson over comfort every time.

Would you?

You are a different person to everyone who knows you.
Strong to some. Threatening to others.
A hero in one story, a villain in another.

Same actions. Same standards.
Different perceptions.

I don’t correct it.
I don’t explain it.
I don’t care.

I know who I am.
That’s enough.

DOMINATE EVERYTHING.

Huge thank you to Ryan Lang @ryledgerlang for an incredible seminar.
High-level wrestling, real pressure, and concepts that actually translate to Jiu Jitsu.

Appreciate everyone who showed up ready to learn and put the work in.
More to come.

Dominate everything.
