Patient Spotlight: Nam Do 💪 Knee pain shouldn’t keep you from doing what you love. At Kintrol, we focus on identifying movement limitations, rebuilding strength, and improving function so our patients can get back to moving with confidence. Rehab that translates to the real world. ⛳️💪 After a hamstring tear, recovery is about more than restoring strength — it’s about preparing the body to handle the demands of sport again. By incorporating our golf simulator into her rehab, we can progressively reintroduce golf-specific movements, rotational control, weight transfer, and dynamic stability in a controlled environment. At Kintrol, we bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance to help athletes build confidence and get back to doing what they love. Rehab. Recover. Perform. #rehab #golf #sport #athlete #dallas

🦵 CHIROPRACTIC AFTER A PATELLA FRACTURE 🔥 Following a patella fracture, muscle atrophy, decreased range of motion, and pain can make it difficult to regain normal knee function. We’re incorporating Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy to help stimulate muscle growth and strength using lower-load exercises while progressing his rehab appropriately. Our goals: ✅ Rebuild quadriceps strength ✅ Improve knee range of motion ✅ Reduce pain and restore function This in conjunction with proper strength training with the team @oakfit has lead to Robert being back on the field and doing what he loves best. At Kintrol, we focus on rebuilding the foundation so you can get back to doing what you love. REHAB. RECOVER. PERFORM. #rehab #athlete #dallas #chiro #sports

🚨 VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS | SHOULDER REHAB 🚨 Chris is a volleyball setter experiencing shoulder pain with overhead pressing. His rehab focuses on improving rotator cuff strength, scapular control, and shoulder stability. 💪 Why the landmine press? The angled pressing path allows us to progressively load the shoulder while emphasizing coordinated scapular movement and rotator cuff function. Our goal is to improve shoulder strength, movement control, and load tolerance to meet the demands of repetitive overhead activity in volleyball. At Kintrol, we focus on restoring function and building athletes back to performance. REHAB. RECOVER. PERFORM. Know a volleyball player dealing with shoulder pain? Tag them below! I’ve got a little something for them 👀🎁 #rehab #athlete #volleyball #dallas #sport

⚾ Better data. Better training. Better performance. Baseball is a game of explosive movements: sprinting, jumping, rotating, and changing direction. Force plate testing allows us to measure how an athlete produces and absorbs force so we can better understand their performance and training needs. We’re proud to be teaming up with Parker Fit to bring objective performance testing and data-driven training to baseball athletes. TEST. TRAIN. PERFORM. 📊💪 #rehab #athlete #baseball #sport #dallas

⚾ Power starts with the data. Force plate testing helps baseball players understand how they produce force, generate power, and develop explosiveness. By measuring key performance metrics, athletes can identify strengths, address weaknesses, and make more informed decisions in their training. We’re excited to be teaming up with Parker Fit to bring sports science and performance testing to the next level for baseball athletes. 📊💪 Kintrol Rehab × Parker Fit TEST. TRAIN. KINTROL × PARKER FIT 🤝 We’re teaming up with Parker Fit to bring sports testing and performance programming to the Baseball & Golf teams. Together, we’re using objective testing to identify strengths, asymmetries, and areas for improvement, then turning that data into targeted programming designed to help athletes move better and perform better. TEST. TRAIN. PERFORM. #sport #rehab #golf #baseball #athlete
