2024 you cracked me wide open. You offered truth, change, opportunity, love, & most importantly… growth.

2024 has been a year of profound transformation, a collective awakening that gently nudged me toward a deeper understanding of myself. It offered change not as a disruption, but as an invitation to evolve—growth in ways both visible and subtle, expanding my capacity for love and self-awareness.

In this year, I learned the sacred truth that love begins within, and through that inner love, I discovered the power to heal, to forgive, and to step into my truest self. The energy of 2024 has been one of renewal and balance, urging me to let go of old patterns, embrace new perspectives, and cultivate compassion not only for others, but most importantly, for myself. In this collective shift, I have witnessed the universe whispering: Only by loving yourself first can you truly experience the depth of connection and transformation the world has to offer. 2024 was a reminder that growth is not a destination, but a journey that begins from within. 🦋

Blesssss all beautiful souls I met this year, or connected with in any way. you are a catalyst on my journey and I wish I could post more than 10 slides lol but this will do for it shows some of my most favorite memories from 2024 I haven’t posted. 🫶🏼

work hard, play harder✨ II of II

~One of my favorite things about training week was how much fun we had after work was done. We would spend the day learning&applying but when it was time to leave work at work—we did! (other than me when I tried to elevator pitch to a stranger on the actual elevator😅thank y’all for reminding me I was off the clock 🤣)

A healthy work-life balance is performing well professionally while prioritizing playtime & fun. If we focus too much on growth & upward progression — we become a stick-in-the-mud and miss out on so many memories. (Boriiiing) Yet, if we become too focused on personal enjoyment we lose sight of our goals. (Dangerous!)
The sweet spot exists right in the middle of professional development & personal enjoyment.
This group is career focused, goal-oriented, and talented! But we 100% know how to have a good time!!😂 This is the type of culture I have been craving. I have never felt more ⚡️laser-focused⚡️yet ✨free✨ than l do right now…& it’s JUST the beginning. Here’s to a group of twentysomethings climbing in their career AND having a good time while doing so! 🥂
