If we were to define our college crew in a single word, it would simply be: special.

Most of this crew started with ETS in 2020 when they weren’t even in high school yet. Their consistency over the years, their leadership, and the results they continue to earn have set the tone for ETS’ elite culture.

ETS simply wouldn’t be what it is today without these incredible humans.

Thank you for years of memories, deep relationships and for another unforgettable summer.

Can’t wait to see you all dominate where it counts the most this upcoming year!

See you next summer, fam!🖤❤️

Family.

The people who know you best, push you to be better, keep you grounded, and remind you what REALLY matters.

Life moves fast. Seasons change. Wins and losses come and go.

But, the relationships we build and the people we get to share the journey with - that’s what lasts.

#WhyWednesday

Why is it important to train with high intensity?

Training with max effort builds physical capacity, making the demands of sport more manageable.

Athletes need to FEEL what it’s like to exert energy beyond their comfort zone so they can hit the ground running when the game clock starts.

🚦Improves the nervous system
🚦Enhances game time performance
🚦Increase tissue durability & movement mechanics
🚦Teach athletes to handle “hard” better

Every movement has purpose.
Every rep drives intent.
Every session builds confidence.

It’s no secret the [FE]males of the ETS Family are incredible leaders, gifted athletes, and great role models who demand excellence from themselves and their peers.

At ETS, we strive to create an enhanced training experience for our female athletes and to create a community of strong, confident female leaders who embrace challenges, seek growth and strive for excellence while inspiring others to do the same.

Current [FE]males of ETS, thank you for your commitment to being #Uncommon and for paving the way and empowering future generations of women.

We are proud and honored to serve you!
