60ft Backyard Gap!? Unleashing my inner freerider

I'm not sure if it would totally kick me over if I hit the jump faster, but I'm not gonna be the guy to try 😅 I never panick rev on anything, so that was just instinct I guess, which maybe shows how it felt to me on the bike after I got kicked haha, it didn't feel sketch, but I'd rather not risk going over to clear it. I'm sure lots of people will say the jumps aren't that big, but I used a 100' tape measure so you can't say its not 👌🏼

Here is a preview of what it looks like inside the @316training app and website! For every training session we have I not only give you the work to do, there is a video breakdown of me doing it. Each gym, sprint, track session and more shows me going through the training with you!

Have a younger rider? They are able to watch the training and do it themselves! Older but not a lot of experience and not sure what to do? It’s all there for you! Best part is if you’re struggling on a specific area take a video yourself, post it in the community and I’m able to review! We can hold each other accountable and learn from each other as well!

No training goes into the program without me doing it first. Let’s train together and finish off the season strong!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

For you Dad

This has been a chapter in my life i refused to close until i fished up my goal. Yesterday was that day. Damn, what a haerenga. This goal has kept the fire in my puku roaring for the last 5 years. Its been the whetū in the sky ive chosen to follow and its kept me steady, in training and life. Ive met so many amazing people, been places i would never have gone, and finally achieved something i honestly thought i might not be able to do. To get into the lions den was always the goal. But more so it was to show my whanau what we are capable of

Im so thankful to everyone who has sent me messages, pushed me in training, set up training programs, run fundraising, helped with supplements, picked me up early hours of the morning, sent me care packages of kai and given me pointers and much more. Blessed to have the friends and whanau that i have ❤️
