Love beach walking? About 50% of people choose a beach honeymoon! So I thought a new series of ‘Beach Walkers’ would fit well with the Creative Mile theme of ‘love’. Come and put yourself in the picture Friday 4th 6-9pm. Saturday and Sunday 5th-6th 11am - 5pm September at venue 21, St. Faith’s Church.
This is a new venue at the northern end of the Brentford ‘Creative Mile’. It’s beyond the M4 flyover by the border with Ealing. The E2 bus stops directly outside St Faith’s Church. E2 runs between Brentford and Ealing Broadway/Greenford, via Northfields Station. Nearest main line station is Brentford. Nearest tube stations are Boston Manor and Northfields.

Do you believe that oysters are the food of love?
Find out at St. Faith’s Church venue 21 on the Brentford ‘Creative Mile’ 4-6 September 2026. Pairs of oyster shell ‘hearts’ will feature in my show exploring the curatorial theme of ‘LOVE’.

FEEDING MY SOUL...

In the height if our record breaking heatwave ( July 2022), I was invited to a an Exhibition featuring the work of the next Generation of Thought Provoking Artists.
I went to the There, Yet run event in Brixton who showcased artists whose age ranged from 20 to 60. They were current students or alumni fro City Lit Foundation Diploma in Art and Design.

I really wish I'd taken more pictures 🤦🏿‍♀️.

I spoke with a few of the Artists and they freely shared their thought processes...fascinating, raw and inspiring.

In order:
@alicjarys_art with "We are they"
@lara_feldman with "Home"
