The lost files of Accra 🇬🇭

A few moments from Ghana, and a reminder that strength can look like this too.

Letting people support you. Resting before you reach breaking point. Making time for your people without feeling like you should be doing something else.

I’m still learning how to make room for all of that alongside the work. How to enjoy something without needing it to be productive.

Looking through these photographs brings it back to the people and moments we make time for. Some feel ordinary at the time, then become the pictures we’re most grateful to have.

What’s one moment with your people you’re glad you made time for?

Fusión closed ✨
Nine crazy months riding an emotional roller coaster.
After many reblocks, changes, and new faces, we’ve finally reached the final countdown!!!
It’s been an absolute honor to pour my soul into this show, and I’ll be forever grateful to the brilliant creatives behind this madness for letting me be part of the opening cast on the Norwegian Jade

2025! 🖤

As the year is coming to an end it’s really got me reflecting on how much can change within a year. 2025 has been the worst but best year of my life. 2025 has been a year where I’ve literally gone through hell and back. From starting the year with no job, feeling lost not knowing where to go. Loosing my Louie (cat), loosing my dad. To ending the year on the biggest high, so content with myself, have an amazing job and just been comfortable with life again.

I lost so much this year but I gained so much more. I’ve still got a long way to go but I’m leaving 2025 with my head held high and saying “I really did that!”

Put in the work and surround yourself with the closest ones you have who support you at your worst and anything possible! ❤️

Thank you to my close circle who got me through the tough times and been apart of the best! 2026 I’m ready! 🩷

(Also this song means SO much to me for this exact reason)

Tampa to Alaska, long days to opening nights.
This Install was a whirlwind — full of rhythm, growth, and unforgettable people.

Grateful for the people who made it feel lighter and the moments that made it spectacular. 🌊✨
