"It was not the new sickness that swept away Hiȼ’kiⱡ’s home and life — a name the ni'skin (or outsiders) tended to shorten to "Hic" because it was simpler in their own language. No, it was rifles and hands that were still, in every sense, human.
As the people began to fall ill, his hair turned white, and his touch began to burn those who carried darkness within them. He knew he had a task to fulfill, yet he wondered if he would truly be able to save the very people who had taken everything from him."

Today, we are showing you The High Priestess 🐁 this Tarot card represents the thirst of knowledge and spirituality!

"Ennie spent much of her life creating a guild of archivists: they wrote about plants, animals, parts of Magna Terra, and even more. The myth claims that her dwellings had no room to move, swallowed and tangled in texts and knowledge that sought to explain the immense world in which the Alphirans had found themselves."

"Insirta, the leader of the Song of Light, had little interest in the power and prestige of her role. She was fascinated by the real world, and above all by what had now stopped to exist. All of her energy was aimed at giving new life to the First Tree with red branches, extinct before the first reign, and every sense of hers to observing the surrounding nature."

We’ve done it again.

Given that it’s Halloween month, it seemed like the perfect time to release our most violent and blood-soaked game to date:

THE RED KING'S FORGOTTEN CITY

A grimdark fantasy dungeon crawler where a terrifying labyrinth —drenched in ceaseless blood—will try to turn you into one of its inhabitants: a fate worse than death itself.

Launching in two weeks, the game is already completed: it's over a hundred pages long! Follow us on the Kickstarter preview page, in our stories!

A special thanks to @violilith_ , who composed the game's official soundtrack!

Today's card is The Magician 🐁
It's an honor to tell the chronicles of an entire world, weaving together past and future events! And we can't wait to tell you about the new chapter of Arciada, too — though for now, it remains a secret!

"Phan was born the first daughter of a great house of healers, capable of curing almost any illness. However, the Golden Art never manifested in her. It was not enough to stop her dream of helping others, and she found a way to create and pass on cures made from roots, extracts, and plants. Even the Fall could not erase her path; the fruit of infinite studies and experiments endured."

"Rala, having obtained the title of First Ampoule, had no doubts: she would have distilled a liquid capable of healing from the Stoneheart, at the risk of eradicating and refining every bud from the Feathered Coast to the Empty Canyon."

Pact of Deitas: The Devil 🩸
"No one truly knows who killed Ethe, the God of the Beginning and the End, though many rumors and legends circulated about it.
Yet, it was certain that whoever was responsible had caused all the other deities to fall upon Ajur, the lost land.

Caleb was the first to fall and forge a terrible Pact, by lying to an innocent."

Let's start by showing the first cards from our decks — and the stories behind them!

The Fool means precisely this: a new beginning, the start of the journey, the very first steps of an adventure 🐁

"Iritea did not know she possessed any power, nor the great role that awaited her in all that was to come: in the kingdom, in magic, and in the Fall of La Petra. But one certainty guided her, as she began her journey beside her Lucina: the time was now. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow. Now."

"Lumino, so called because he was born on a full moon night but also because he was light-hearted, found a firefly on a summer evening; since then he was never afraid to wander after sunset, nor to seek the path by himself."
